Case Study: RecruitHub Automated Campaigns

Recruitment startup accelerator reached out to Nightingale with a clear goal - map, create, launch and measure a wide series of automated email marketing campaigns. 

The Brief

  • Map a series of sophisticated automated marketing campaigns based on different inputs

  • Write the content for the campaigns

  • Implement the campaigns in Hubspot

  • Create a project-specific dashboard in Hubspot to track results

The Process

The first step in the project was a series of meetings with RecruitHub’s founders to understand the motivations and goals for the project. After getting clarity on what success would look like for the executive team, we set about mapping the first of the automated campaigns using Miro to collaborate with the RecruitHub team.

We then audited the company’s existing content to see what could be used as gated content to support the campaigns, identified any gaps and brainstormed new content ideas to meet the new requirements. 

Once everyone was happy with the high-level content plan for the different pathways we set about creating a detailed content calendar in Asana that the whole team could refer to as and when required. 

We began to revise the existing content to shape to meet the needs of the new project along with briefing and creating new content. 

At the same time, our Hubspot expert was busy creating a sophisticated tracking system and reporting dashboard to ensure every click was measured.

Once all the jigsaw pieces were in place and triple-checked, it was time to turn the first of the automated campaigns on and wait for the exciting first results to come in. 

The Result

Thanks to the robust reporting framework we created the team at RecruitHub are much better placed to measure the success of their inbound marketing efforts. The existing automated campaigns can be adapted to meet new marketing requirements as needed without having to overwrite successful campaigns or overhaul the whole plan from scratch.
